Our personalized programming operates no differently than if you were to walk into the gym to train with us in person. With access to your coach via weekly check-ins, video analysis, and detailed instructional exercise videos, you never have to wonder if your form is correct or how an exercise is "supposed to feel". We want you to feel confident in your training. By building a program tailored directly to what your body needs and the goals you want to reach we can give you the ability to simply walk in the gym and get after it!
We believe training is a lifestyle and we are in this for the long haul. With the use of the TeamBuildr app, we're tracking more than just your exercise data. Detailed questionnaires allow us to gauge your readiness and measure your recovery for each training day. Our habit tracker allows you to build personal goals and monitor your adherence to improve your health and wellness. Lastly, the recovery radar allows us to keep track of any injuries or bouts of soreness you may experience so we can work to adjust the program to fit your needs.
When it comes to training it can be overwhelming. We want to give you the confidence of knowing and understanding the 'why' behind what you're doing. There's no gatekeeping here. We want to give you the tools to make decisions for yourself based on how you feel that day, what equipment you have available, and so much more. From training to wellness and everything in between we want you to have the knowledge to change your life physically and mentally. We're here to help facilitate the program, but we want you to feel in control and that comes from education. You'll receive a weekly newsletter with webinars and quick articles to help educate you through this process. This is about empowering you to take ownership and action when it not only comes to your training, but your health and wellness too. We're want to set you on the path to be successful forever!

You don’t want the years of wear and tear to keep you from doing what you love. We all see the memes about longer warm-ups as we get older. We're here to give you the tools to keep your body durable to sustain your training and ultimately your passions for years to come.

All too often people will try and treat the pain and not the root cause of the injury. We are told to rest a few weeks, but that doesn't actually solve the issue. So we are put in this constant cycle of having to take time off or make adjustments. What if you didn't have to stop training? What if you had the guidance to train through the issue. What if you had the tolls to actually improve the injured area and rebuild it with better range of motion, movement quality, and less pain?
Doing nothing is NEVER the answer. There is always a solution if you know where to look and understand what the body needs based on how it moves. We're here to give you those tools to and change your life.
